Glockfather — Fixes: window sizing, keyboard layout, and standalone activation

  • Fixed plugin window sizing
  • Fixed sharp-key positioning on the glockenspiel keyboard, and knob rendering at different display scales
  • The standalone app no longer requires activation (VST3/AU still do)
  • Fixed the second glockenspiel preset occasionally failing to load
