Browsing presets and the glockenspiel keyboard

Switching between instrument presets, and reading the note-availability diagram.

Glockfather's instrument is a sampled glockenspiel, offered as several distinct presets rather than one fixed sound.

Switching presets

Use the prev/next arrows on either side of the instrument list to browse presets, or the dedicated preset prev/next controls beneath it โ€” the current preset's name and a short info text are shown as you move between them.

Reading the glockenspiel diagram

Below the sound controls, a glockenspiel bar diagram shows every note from C3 to C4 (13 bars total):

  • Highlighted bars โ€” notes available in the currently loaded preset
  • Dimmed bars โ€” notes outside that preset's range

Check this before playing so you know what's actually available on the preset you're on, rather than discovering a silent key mid-take.
